Haul Blog: CVS, Big Lots, Lowe's, DT, and Walmart

If you follow my youtube channel, I do videos on occasion called "Haul Vlogs."  In each video, I take y'all around with me as I ramble and shop for the things that will be in upcoming hauls.

Well, yesterday, I finally got to go back into town with my shopping buddy for another trip.  Whoohoo!  Only I couldn't film, because my old camcorder finally died.  (New one is in the mail.  No worries.)

Coupon Trip: CVS

I ended up getting these beauties for $2.50 (plus tax.)  It was beautiful.  It was also great to coupon at CVS again.  I feel like I never want to grab any of the deals in their ads lately.

I actually bought this stuff on March 15, 2015.  So, this is from a last week's sales cycle.  I had a couple of people email me and ask me to post the breakdown since I did deals that come around all the time.  (I showed me buying this stuff in the 3-15-15 Haul Vlog on my Youtube Channel.)

I had some ECBs expiring yet again.  I had planned to do a couple coupons deals, but I left the printables I needed in the printer.  Of course.  This was on Saturday.  So, it was the last day of the sale.  Of course.  Still scored some neat stuff.

Coupon Trip: CVS

I had 8 ECBs expiring.  So, I decided to pick up some of my favorite hand cream and roll them over.  It wasn't my best deal, but I got some stuff that I really needed for a great price.

[Aveeno Deal:  Buy $15, get 5 ECBs]

(2) Aveeno Skin Relief Hand Creams - BOGO1/2off - $8.29, $4.14
(1) Aveeno 2.5oz lotion - $3.79

Subtotal: $16.22
 - used: 8 ECBs
Price Out of Pocket: $8.22 (plus tax)
 - received: 5 ECBs
Final Price: $3.22

This deal is limited to more than one, too.  My receipt says that I only lack $13.78 of triggering 5 more ECBs.  So, I may go back and roll them again, because I received a 30% off lotion coupon, as well as, my quarterly ECBs.

I just love that hand cream.  It is hard to resist at that price.  LOL

I got this last week, but this same Aveeno ECB is going on this week, too.  There were a few Aveeno coupons in the inserts this week as well.  :D

CVS: Black Friday Haul

Some people camped out in the cold at Walmart, Target, and Best Buy for deals.  I hit up CVS with my coupon binder.  Haha!

I feel like I haven't gone couponing at CVS in awhile.  (I like the dollar bins, but couponing is where it's at.) There just haven't been any good deals that justify me burning all the gas to get to one.

They did have a great Sally Hansen deal that pulled me in luckily.  (It ended yesterday, unfortunately, but they have a similar deal at least once a month or so..)

I ended up paying $0.36 out of pocket and got back 10 ECBs.  Oh yeah!

I went back to the bigger and better stocked CVS again this time.  And...I'm so glad that I did!

I found all of the stuff I was looking for and even threw in a couple of Rimmel polishes that none of the other stores in my area carry.  Yay!

My total, out of pocket, for all of this was $8.04, and I received a $10 CVS gift card.  (And...I'll probably get 5 more ECBs from the Beauty Club.  Oh yes!)

Coupon Trip: CVS

It has been way too long since I've been couponing.  The sales have been super terrible for a past month or so.  (They are just not worth the large amount of gas I would burn to get to them.)  I was near a CVS, got the itch, and couldn't help myself.  :)

So, I combined the sales and clearance finds with some coupons and got $45.11 worth of product for $10.20 (not counting the 5 ECBs I'll get back from beauty club).
