Coupon Trip: CVS

Not the most exciting transaction, but I did get 98% savings on some things that I really needed.  Oh yeah!

This ad ends on Saturday, 4/19.

(CVS Coupon Policy)

I did this all in one transaction:

(2) CVS Precision Tip Cotton Swabs - $3.49 each
 - used: $2.50/2 CVS brand nail polish removers or cotton (cvs coupon)

Colgate MaxFresh - on sale $3
 - used: $2.50/1 cvs red machine coupon
 - used: $.50/1 newspaper coupon from last week's

CVS non-aspirin pain relief 100ct - on sale $4.99
 - used: $1/1 cvs coupon

Tums Ultra Berry - $1.49
 - used: FREE tums ultra berry cvs coupon

(4) CVS Flavor Chews Antacid - $1.49 each

Subtotal before ECBS: $15.43
 - used: $15 ECBs

Total: $.43 (plus tax); (received 5.96 ECBs back from the Flavor Chews)

Note:  Not the most exciting transaction, but it was stuff I needed.  You don't always have to buy only the "insanely good ECB deal a la minute" to save at CVS.  Sometimes you need other stuff when they have already lured you in for the free toothpaste.  :)

Though, I hope to have more nail polish next time I go on a Coupon Trip to CVS.  (Yep, still obsessed.)

And...sorry for the craptastic picture.  Could the lighting be any worse?  Haha
