The samples in the above picture is from Sample Source. This was the first time I had heard of this service. (They may be new?) You can check them out HERE. It is available for USA and Canada.
From what I can tell, they do seasonal/quarterly packages. You can go ahead and register there, and you should receive an email when they have more samples. (Or if you follow Freebieshark, he will give a heads up. That's how I found out about it.)
