I went to Target in search of great coupon deals and wasn't a least bit disappointed.  I'm starting to really love Target even though it is quite a drive from my house.

Just FYI:  Target's system takes coupon values off in a specific order: target (printables or mobile) coupons, cartwheel offers, and then manufacturer coupons.

Let's use the Angel Soft above as an example:

The angel soft is priced at $5.79
 - The $.50 target coupon comes off first so, $5.29
 - Then the 15% cartwheel then comes off of $5.29 so, $4.49
 - Then, the mfr coupon comes off, making it $3.49
